My item is stuck and its been 2 months and 20 days
9/27/2016 5:45:00 PM China BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
9/28/2016 China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
Can some one please help me
my tracking no is RJ839443488CN.

Its been 2 months and 20 days and my tracking status is stuck, what is happening can some one please help me , my tracking no is RJ839443488CN

1. Your parcel departed China:
2016-09-28 04:38 Beijing airport and left

2. Since that time 28 Sep, it should have arrive in India by now. It's been to long, either your parcel is lost or misplace.

3. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and try to have an arrangement with him.

4. A very long shot you could do:
Call India Post Toll Free Call Centre 1800-11-2011 (For International Mails)

I don't think it will do something to call India Post but just in case!!!
