親愛的中國郵政，我有一個需要經過後續的一些查詢號碼“發送項目出國（EDI-接收），空調，加爾各答機場提供分揀室”我quereid印度後，他們聲稱中國郵政需要啟動搜索。調度號，包號等請你建議？

Dear China post, I have some tracking numbers that needs a follow up after "Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE" I quereid India post and they claim China post needs to initiate search. Dispatch numbers, bag numbers, etc. Would you please suggest ?

Ask your seller to start a trace if they are willing, if not, ask for your money back.
