I sent a return parcel (CY281596436DE) from Germany to China and the last tracking status on May 29th is "Item presented to import customs". Does that mean that the recipient needs to pick up the parcel there and did he receive an information about that?

receiver need go to china post office in Taiyuan to complete the customs clearance and pickup the parcel.
