Hi,

I want to know what is going on with my item no. RB237658175CN.

It says it is in "Export Customs Scan", but it has been there since 9th of May 2014.

Will I get my item and when?

the parcel should be stuck in some airport outside china. sometimes status does not change after it has left china. as it has been so long time, it has the possibility to be lost. you can open a dispute and claim refund if your buyer protection deadline has not expired.
