Hi my item successfully cleared US customs but hasn't been delivered yet despite import clearence has been almost 2 weeks ago.

When do you expect the parcel to arrive?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php?code=UT870991879TH shows the parcel arrived USA customs on Nov 20. It is a little bit strange you have not got this item. You need contact Aliexpress to open dispute and claim lost parcel refund.
