Post Is YUN express a partner with china post?

Hey

I bought something online and I chose the shipping method as China post but the seller shipped it by YUN express. So is YUN express same as china post or a partner of it or it's totally another shipping company????

and if they are different, what's the difference????

YUN express is a shipping broker. they collect goods for different shipping companies including China Post, UPS and DHL etc. It is not a real shipping company.

Oh so how can I make sure the item is shipped by which shipping method? I have a unique tracking number which is for YUN only as it seems

2. Your parcel should be ship by air, since we don't know what country you are living and that you did not give us the tracking number.

Admin, sorry to ask, but ... do you know if they have a forum to ask about a parcel stuck with the 'Shipping information received', for almost a month without update?
