Post Is tracking number fake?

I bought children's football kits nearly a month ago and the seller said they posted 3 weeks ago giving this tracking number RI952580778CN. 2 weeks ago I messaged them asking why it wasn't working and they have not replied even though they they had replied to messages before that.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the number is invalid. your seller never shipped anything to you.
