I ordered this item from Pearl Box Co. and when I try to track my package it does not work. Did they scam me?

yes . it is invalid number. You should be cautious of scam.

When did you get this number from seller?

it has been over one week and you can not track the parcel status, obviously seller is a cheater.

if you paid with paypal, you should open dispute against fraud asap.
