Post Is the British postal (Royal Mail/Parcel Force) having a backlog?

we are receiving a lot of complaints of slow/non-deliveries from China to UK.

the tracking is not even captured by the British postals even after 54 days after it's received by China Post. Why are they so slow to log in the parcel? I've checked on their royalmail.com site, it always say tracking number "may be incorrect" & "not available"

example is this tracking LX973126678CN. it was received on Sep 06 & supposed to leave to UK on Sep 07. and nothing after that. it's been 54 days since Sep 06

any explanation would be appreciated, thanks

1. To me parcel LX973126678CN never departed China. Last tracking is this:
2016-09-06 23:59
Xuzhou city, from Xuzhou, Nanjing city

2. The parcel is lost or misplace in either cities Xuzhou or Nanjing.

Hope this help.

Thank you for your reply
So what happens when the parcel may be lost/misplaced?
Who is responsible for the loss? How to make the claim?

1. If you are the sender, then you need to deal with China Post. If you are the receiver you need to deal with the seller.

Hope this help.
