Hello,

Seller has just provided to me a tracking number.

But it seems weird, its starts with RO

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. It can take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still cannot track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
