Hi,
I bought an item on a US website and the seller provide me this tracking number E18050299563, he said the parcel was sent from Shenzhen, but I can't track it on Chinapost, maybe the tracking will be without the first letter, just with the 11 numbers like 18050299563
Can you please tell me if the tracking number is correct and help me track it ?

both E18050299563 and 18050299563 are not from China Post. You should be cautious of scam.

Hi,
The seller gave me a new tracking number 6A15714724050
He still said the package was sent fron Shenzhen, but it's a french colissimo tracking number. He tell me that they offer him this option at the post office.
Can you please tell me if it's possible and if there is a solution to track it from China ?

6A15714724050 is not china post tracking number. We can not track it for you.

None can know where it is shipped from because it is not trackable in china. It might even be a fake number.
