Post Is my package lost? No update 2 weeks

My tracking number is RJ828285809CN, so it says it was shipped 14 days ago. Has it not left China? I thought it should have arrived in the UK by now, does anyone know how to track further?

1. I suspect the parcel has arrive in UK and has not been register yet into the tracking system of UK Royal Mail.

2. May I suggest if you worry about your parcel you could contact seller and ask him to contact China Post to find out if parcel arrive in UK or not.
