I have purchased an item and it was shipped on Dec 25th, ems tracking ea325702060cn. No updates since then, ems tracking says departed export office. Some tracking websites say posting or in transit.
I have asked the seller to check on package twice, he is saying package has passed customs and I will get the item.
This has never happened to me before! Do you have any ideas what is wrong?

ea325702060cn is still waiting airline space in Guangzhou. you need wait one or two more weeks.

Why would a package sit at the airport for 3 weeks? I am trying to understand and I think i will not receive this item after all...
