Post International parcel tracking

I sent two boxes from Taiwan to Beijing through surface a month ago. One of the packages has arrived a week ago, but the other one is untrackable. It is for sure that the package has been exported. How can I get information on my parcel?
Tracking number is CC916608147TW.

CC916608147TW has no record in China Post database. If your tracking number is correct, it should be lost in Taiwan.

Thank you. However, Taiwan post tracking indicates that it has been exported out of Taiwan. Has there been any cases like this? Is there a way to find my parcel? Could it be stuck at customs?

if parcel arrives China, it should be released from customs in no more than 7 days. Your parcel left Taiwan Post system on Aug 28. It is very likely to be lost either in Taiwan customs or China customs.

You need ask shipper to claim compensation from Taiwan Post.
