My order was created at december 13th 2019.
The shipping departured at January 8th 2020.
To date I haven't other information on status fo the shipping and the standard businness days for the arrived of my order is pass.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO698665785CN shows your seller delayed shipment for one month. He actually shipped from Zhengzhou to Italy on Jan 9.

Parcel is now in some middle place between China Post and Italy Post system. Possible location is in Zhengzhou airport or Italy customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Italy customs.

Normally from China to Italy might take 20 to 30 days.

Once parcel is released to Italy customs, Italy Post website will show its local location in Italy.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
