Hello. Im based in the UK and i ordered an item which was delivered by ePacket and sent to the UK on October 23rd. I still dont have the package after over a month and the only information I have from tracking is 'despatched to UK'. This is taking much longer than expected and I would like an update please. The tracking no. is LX921016694CN. Thanks for your help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LX921016694CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Oct 10. it should be seriously delayed in Guangzhou.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Dec 8, open dispute for lost parcel.

No i ordered it on Oct 21st so it cant have been sent on the 10th? But thanks for helping
