Hi, I would like an explanation about a shipment to Italy.

The tracking no is: RS001988325CN

The last update was 2016/04/16 ( 2016-04-16 22:00:42.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport ) and it isn't exist on the Italian Post tracking website.

Is it normal?

I strongly suspect that it is in Italy, possibly at the inbound arrival parcel. Waiting to get Italian Customs Office clear your parcel and then giving it to Italian Post.
