Hi There

I returned a parcel to China on 12 February 2015 and I put the incorrect postcode. Now the parcel has been at China Customs since 22 February and has not been delivered.
The tracking number for the parcel is RP011003011AU. The correct address is - Room 201 Cell 3 Building 12. Shui An Fu Di Xiaoqu Jiaozhou 266300. I put the incorrect postcode of 216300.

I have tried many time to contact the receiver to pickup the parcel but they refuse to respond so I would like to request to have the parcel returned to my address.

unfortunately you can not change address and zip code after the parcel was shipped. You should be responsible for the mistake and loss by yourself. the parcel should be returned to you in future if none picks it up for long time. You might need to wait the return for a couple of months.

Can you check with the post office which has my parcel how long because the parcel has already been there for a couple of almost 3 months now. Where is your the post office with my parcel located? Can you also tell me if I can send DHL there to that post office to collect the parcel and send back to me or to the receiver.
