HI, I need help with changing the receiving address for the consignments I have ordered. the items have not yet dispatched from China. Please guide me.

you can not change address after parcel is shipped. If the parcel address is wrong , you local post office will return it to China.

The parcel is not yet shipped. It is still with China Air Mail as per the tracking number. So I need help to change the address before it departs from China. For example Tracking number : UN142840953CN

If you believe the seller has not shipped the parcel, you should ask seller to change the address. If seller has given the parcel to china post, unfortunately china post can not change the address for you.
