"In Customs-Control warehouse - location Shenzhen" status showing for almost 3 weeks for tracking number RB952746441CN and another one is 2 weeks for tracking number RC104398648CN from same location Shenzhen.

Please let us know the process to get my parcel as soon as possible

But I got RC339482681CN in just 8 days..is this delay only from the same location Shenzhen?

RC339482681CN is shipped from Beijing not Shenzhen. Beijing recently is faster than Shenzhen. It all depends on your luck.
