the parcel was rejected by airline(it should have something not allowed by customs) and was returned to shipper. however, shipper did not print correct returning address, so returning failed. you will NEVER receive this parcel. open a dispute and claim refund asap.

Dear Sirs my tracking numbers are RB729796995CN (started the April 10th, 2014) and RC777974095CN (delivered the April 19th, 2014). The Italian Post and Customs have never received them, yet. Please, would you like to clarify these 2 situations.

The system says that "The item was forwarded to the destination country". But it was more them 1 month ago.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel stuck in Beijing customs since April 6. It seems it has sth not allowed by customs and was rejected.

Please, can any1 tell me what is happening with my order? the trNo: RA436832845CN , RA436832854CN and RA436832837CN. My seller dont explain me anything.
