Hello,

I ordered an item and received a track number (RV918209624CN).
When I received the item, it was not the one ordered, and under the sticker with my name and address was another sticker for another person in another country.
I would like to know if there's a possibility of returning the parcel that is not mine and receiving the one I ordered?

Obviously your seller shipped other people's item to you. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
