Dear China post,

I am trying to return clothes to China. The tracking number is CY285001985DE.
For a week, it seems to be stopped at the customs. Can you tell me, what is happening and why?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY285001985DE shows your parcel arrived Guangzhou on Sep 17. It is waiting customs clearance. Receiver must call China Post hotline 11185 to make customs declaration and pickup the parcel from customs.

You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel. Otherwise the status will not be updated.
