Post i need some information on my package please

I placed a order on aug. 26 2019 it was delivered in los angeles on sept 3,019, on sept 12, my package was at 2 process center in the united states. and now it say. they can.nt find my order. please help. my email is [email protected] to let me know what in the world is going on with my order being ship. thank you
