http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RW192288875CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(WISH shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from WISH website, but never actually shipped anything.

You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to WISH against fraud.
