hello .. I have ordered an orders from over than one month now and I have contact the post office in my country ( dubai post office sorting centre ) and they told me the orders have returned because they didint find a number of postal code to send it to me .. so it is returned back to china my question now that i want my orders back what should I do or whom I can contact ???

if the parcel was returned, you can not get it back. If you are in U.A.E, you must tell shipper to put P.O.Box, otherwise Dubai Post will return the parcel. You should be responsible for the lost by yourself.
