Post I have not received my parcel

Hi there,

I still haven’t received my parcel.

The delivery address is my work address and I have been at work everyday. I tried tracking the shipping and it said that delivery was attempted on 24 April and 3 May, however, I did not receive any notification of this.

My tracking number is LL151835404CN

Could you please look into this and advise urgently.

it seems that your shipper printed wrong address in the parcel. Australia Post website shows the parcel arrived Post office ALEXANDRIA NSW on May 3, Returned to Sender - Incorrect address on item.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
