UM2300200981CN is not china post tracking number. China Post tracking number only has 13 digits.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UM230200981CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 20. it is real number.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

if your seller told you 10 days delivery, he/she is misleading. Such parcel has less than 5% chance to reach USA in 10 days.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute for misleading selling information and claim compensation.
