Dear friends
Good day
I am trying to reach a working email for SUNYOU Logistics Company since three weeks with no success.
I have a package with tracking number SYMY109545430 that has been sent through the carrier SUNYOU to me in Saudi Arabia.
When I have tracked the package through SUNYOU site, it shows that it has arrived the local post office.
When I visited the local office, they need the local tracking number for Saudi-Post to check for the package. Without this number, they cannot do anything. The tracking number SYMY109545430 is not valid locally.
I have only the one sent by the seller, which is SYMY109545430. I have contacted the seller but he informed me that they do not have this number.
Can you help me please?
Please what is the Correspondence tracking number for Saudi-Post for the SUNYOU tracking number SYMY109545430?

SUNYOU is not china post, it is a private shipping company. We don't know if its tracking information is real or fake.

If you did not get the parcel, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
