I got tracking number on Oct. 28 and when I track my order it just telling me that my package is still in China. It hasn’t moved since Oct. 28th is this normal?
I was worried about being scammed but ECSeller seems like a pretty trustworthy site since I looked them up online but I’m just worried that my package won’t be here by December 12, it is a game jersey and the game is on the December 12!!!!
I go to the China Post site but i can’t read it is only in Chinese writing. What can I do??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS124319896CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to US on Oct 31. It is a little bit delayed.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Changsha ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
