I received this tracking number: 44962643336 on the 20th Oct 2015 and am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Please try find out where it is and when it will arrive. Thank you

44962643336 is not china post register mail. you can not track much detail of such parcel.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller (ebay/aliexpress etc) and claim refund for non-arrival order.
