Not sure why you are in Vietnam but your goods were shipped to Nanning, China. I guess you want to shipping agency in Nanning and then transit them to Vietnam. But obviously this is not a good shipping option which will make you into a big trouble. Many of these shipping agencies are not quite responsible to help customers to solve the customs clearance issue. We have received many complaints similar to your cases.

All these 4 parcels are hold by China customs , you need to contact your agent in China to help you make customs clearance. If they don't help you, then you need to find some friend in China and call China customs office phone number 0771-4977151 to clear the goods and pickup them for you.

If you can't find friend, you might to call that phone number in Naning China by yourself(in Chinese Mandarin) and see if you can go to China to pickup the goods by yourself.

If you can not find some way to clear customs, the goods might be returned to Hong Kong, or in worst cases, discard to trash by government.

Next time, please directly ship goods to Vietnam, never transit through China.

If none pickup the item for long time, it will be returned to Hong Kong original shipper address. but it takes time.
