Hello - the current status says that my package was sent to the airline on Oct 4, which is almost 4 weeks ago. Can you please let me know when the package will arrive? Thanks.

China Post epacket recently has some delay. Many parcels took more than 8 weeks to get flight space . http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY470161782CN shows your parcel is still in Shanghai waiting for flight space. you need some more time.
