HI there is there a problem with this
tracking #RS289955585CN

2016-10-18 21:20:37.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-10-19 01:59:03.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-10-19 02:02:18.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 南海
2016-10-19 13:25:46.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-23 14:20:02.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Can you help with tracking number.

1. Parcel to Canada can take up to 60 days to be deliver.

2. This is the only thing I can see for now:
Tracking No. :RS289955585CN
Date / Time : 2016/10/23 - 14:20
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

3. So this mean your parcel was not scan yet by Canada Post. I would not be surprise that your parcel is lost or misplace.

4. May I suggest your contact seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not receive your parcel.
