The tracking information I have for this parcel is the following:

2016-12-07 16:27 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, has been exported
2016-12-07 00:23 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, have been exported to open
2016-12-01 15:58 Exchange Bureau of Wuhan, have been exported to each other (internal transit)
2016-12-01 10:12 Exchange Bureau of Wuhan, has been exported to open
2016-12-01 09:34 Bulk acceptance Center in Wuhan, leave, the next station "international operations"
2016-12-01 09:29 Wuhan Center for bulk sending,
2016-12-01 08:33 Wuhan Center for bulk sending, receiving and sending

When I track it on my country's post tracking system (Maltapost.com) it says the following:

Posting 43005800 2016-12-01 08:33
Included in Dispatch Bejing,Bejing,China 2016-12-07 16:32

Can you please tell me where the parcel is exactly? Has it left China? If Maltapost says that it has been included in dispatch, what does that mean?

I am afraid that it won't arrive on time and I need this for the 20th December,

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Malta. May I suggest you read this for your country:

3. Now it will be up to Malta Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Right now it's the most busiest time of the year for any Postal Office in the World, so definitely mail is slow.

Hi again.

If this parcel left China on the 7th by air, would it have arrived in Malta by today the 12th?

What I mean is, is it a direct flight, or does the parcel go to other countries before arriving in Malta?

I am trying to see whether this parcel will make it on time to have it on the 20th December.

1. This might have happen to your parcel:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

2. Since we don't have a flight number, you and I can not determine when the parcel will land in Malta. In normal condition, parcel to Malta can take between 8 to 25 days to arrive.

3. I really hope for you that you can receive the parcel before the 20 Dec.
