Hello, can you say me if my parcel RU390161948GB is still there?, because people from Fastestcard said me that they can't found it, thanks.

you can ask recipient call 11185 and try to pickup the parcel if the parcel has not been returned to UK.

Hello, may be I didn't explained me correctly, I want to know if the parcel is there to resend to fastcardtech, parcel didn't come back to U.K., thanks

parcel normally stay in China for 30 to 60 days, if none pickup, then it will be return. please keep tracking in http://track-chinapost.com/index.php
