Hello there, I have 2 packages and both were shipped via ePacket. Seller told me I will receive them 11-26 at the latest and he told post office I need by 11-23 because 11-24 is holiday for us.

Can you tell me when I should expect to receive these packages and any information that will be helpful? Thank you!

1. What I have seen here in a normal situation is 9 days to get to USA, so around the 27 Nov, then maybe a couple of days for Customs and delivery. So you are looking at maybe 15 days in very good condition.

2. In not so good condition a parcel can take from 15 to 35 days for USA and sometimes more. This period of time in China is a very bad period to have parcel ship anywhere.

I paid extra for shipping. The seller told me it takes 10 days max and it will for sure be here by 11-26. You are telling me there is no way and he is lying to me?

1. I think I have already explain to you that E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days excluding the time spent at Customs of both country. That timing would be in good condition.

2. Whatever the seller told you and the arrangement you made with him that is between the 2 of you.

3. I am giving you only the stat that I can see in this forum for E Packet parcel from China to USA.

Are both of the packages on a plane to the United States? Or still at post office in China?

2. Since we don't have a flight number can not say if both parcel are on a flight to USA. But can say to you that both parcels are In Transit/On Route to USA.
