My package for 9 days showed only the label scan then said shanghai customs clearence. NOW SAYS DELIVERD IN CHINA. DID IT GO BACK TO THE SELLER? LW105862314CN

yes, this has been returned back to the seller. it happened to me before, just tell the seller to send it again through a different postal courier.
