Hello,

I purchased four different items - to be sent to Italy with the same order, though - on Amazon to a seller called Jiguek.

When I bought - and paid - them, Amazon told me that they should have arrived on 2 December, but I haven't received them yet. According to Amazon, the items were sent on 9 November.

Looking at the details of the order, the tracking number is 171-7356797-6905149. I tried it on several websites related to China Post, but it doesn't work. It seems like it should be no longer than 13 digits.

Can you somehow please help me?

1. That number is your order number from Amazon. If you go into you Amazon account and look into your order.

2. Within that order number you should see track package on the right hand side, if you go there it will give you possibly a green line of the evolution of your parcel. But also on the page bottom right hand side corner you might see some tracking info for your parcel.

Unfortunately, on my account I can see only the order number from Amazon but no further information.

Is it possible for you to check whether the package has been sent or not? Amazon says it was sent on 9 November.

1. Then it means that your parcel has no tracking number and they must have given you a date for delivery like between 15 Dec to 15 Jan.

2. You could contact Amazon to find out if their is a tracking number for your parcel.
