Post Help! where is my package?

I shipped a first class package to China 3/16 and tracking showed arrived to Chicago 3/20 then nothing after that. It been 20 days but family still have not receive the package yet. I know China won't track first class mail, but is anyone can help me some? same problem? How long for the delay? Thanks

Maybe somebody could call China Post or write an e-mail.
This is what I found if interested:
China Post by phone number （+86）11185 (Chinese Mandarin language ONLY). or e-mail at [email protected]
