Hi,

Just joined up to see if anyone can shed some light on where my parcel may be please?

Tracking: RF413818823CN

Seems to have been exported by air on the morning of 15th November but that's it. Normally arrives at Heathrow shortly afterwards but this one has gone amiss.

Any help appreciated.

1. Nothing wrong with your parcel, maybe Royal Mail at Heathrow did not get the time yet to scan your parcel.

2. According to the tracking, your parcel is fine, you just need to be patient and continue to track it on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.

Ok, that's reassuring, can relax now

Normally tracking is pretty good which is why this time I am kind of querying it. Bought loads from China and have nothing but praise on each delivery.
