I could track my package first, but now i can't do that anymore
My tracking number is: RK268714535CN

On Aliexpress it says: "2015.10.22 15:58 (GMT-7): Departure from outward office of exchange"

But if I try to track it, it says: "RK268714535CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel."

Please help me? 😕

the tracking server has a little bit problem and will be fixed soon. RK268714535CN was shipped last week, it is still in china. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.

The China Post tracking database that this site connects to in order to provide tracking information is having problems right now. However, your item left Nanjing for the Netherlands on 23-Oct.

Usually tracking will not be updated again until your item arrives in the Netherlands; you can check the PostNL website for updates. I'm not sure how long items usually take to get to the Netherlands, but most of Western Europe seems to average 2-3 weeks.

how can i track my package in postnl? do i have to use RK268714535CN?

China Post parcel can not be tracked in Netherlands Post system. You can not know exact location and status after the parcel left China.
