Post Help! Tracking number isnt working

Hi, I purchased something on the 5th January, i received a tracking number on the 7th, and the tracking number still doesn't work.
- Can't recognize tracking number. Select delivery system below - that is what comes up when I try to track my parcel.

Nothing sent using this tracking number yet. Once an item is sent the tracking number should start working in under 48 hours.
