Post Help tracking my parcel

My parcel no is RS286813755CN.
It has been in transit from Guangzhou since 3 November.
I have been trying to contact the seller since 10 days but he seems to be unavailable at the moment.
Can anyone help track the parcel? And tell me why is it taking more than 16 days for just internal transit? Or the package has been misplaced.

i think your parcel is struck at customs. Can we know from which site you are trying to track the package.

track-chinapost.com and I used the tracking at the home page of this website both show same status

your package is moving very slowly, better contact the seller or wait for another 5-7 days for any progress. Remember dont raise a dispute with the seller because it can be done only once. If you raise dispute now then you cant contact him later or any product issue.
