Hi,
First of all congratulations for the site and thanks for the service you provide. I need help with the tracking RP512294946CN which is still in "Airline departure from original country" status from 2 April. I have made other orders in the same period and they have already arrived in Italy, while for this package there were not update. Thanks in advance.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP512294946CN shows the number was sent to airline on April 3.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 3 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 6 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Italy Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I Will wait, I only hope that it will arrive and that it has not been lost permanently. Thanks a lot for your help

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
