Hello! I would be glad if you help me. The "EMS Kazpost" from Kazakhstan send parcel to Thailand (Bangkok) through China (EMS) 33 days ago (09.12.2015 ). The code of parcel is RR054855586KZ. Now I am trying to find, so could you tell me parcel were in China or not? I think that my parcel stuck or lost somewhere. Please give me some information. Thank you.

Thank you for answer. So I understand that the parcel RR054855586KZ didn't move since December 29, 2015 in China, so what should I do to receive my parcel? When will the parcel move to Thailand? Thank you so much for help.
