Hi my item arrived in China on 18th November ,and it says being processed for delivery RU902917015GB it hasn't moved since.

Can anyone tell me

why it's not moving ?
When it will ?
If when it does I can use same tracking number ?

And provide an email address where someone can help my directly to sort this out please.

China Post does not reply any email inquiry. I believe the parcel is sent to China right? you should contact china receiver and ask him call 11185
