I sent my parcel from Australia to China and the company I sent it through (Sendle) have advised me the following:

Parcel AUCCJSBZF233YS has been scanned waiting for payment on 17/11 by China Post. Please contact China Post using this tracking number RX557119584DE for further assistance on parcel and delivery.

I have no email from China Post regarding this and require assistance please!

RX557119584DE arrived china on Nov 17,2024. But the receiver never made customs clearance. It seems that the receiver doesn't want to accept the parcel.

Is this a return for refund? Many bad sellers often play such game to avoid refund money to buyer.
