i purchase on aliexpress.
and they give me this tracking number
RC934300953CN
its been 10 days now but the tracking number is not working.
and according to the seller, the china post uploaded wrong tracking number on their system. should i trust the seller? don't know how to contact china post here in UAE.
help me please.

But according to that seller, the CHINA POST made a mistake on uploading a wrong tracking number instead of the tracking number they have given me.

is there any way to check it to China Post, lets say if i can provide the order number from Aliexpress?the seller keeps on saying that the china post will take time on changing the mistake that they made.

you should have china post tracking number to get shipping status. aliexpress order number is useless.

i mean if there is a way for me to check on china post regarding about this.
just like they just need some information about the one who's sending the parcel etc so they can trace it on their data base something like that.

you can not know who is the sender. china post does not record this information into database.
