Hello,

no news by tracking RP780872825CN for a month, ukraine side postal said that package still outside of country. Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP780872825CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Ukraine on Nov 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ukraine Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Ukraine). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Ukraine Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ukraine Post website will show its new status with Ukraine location.

I contact ukraine postal and they said that package outside of country, they contact with customs and there is no package

the parcel is outside china but not entered Ukraine Post system yet. You need wait at least one or two more weeks to see new status.
